Kenny "Bud" L. Stantz, age 62, of Worthington, passed away peacefully at 8:45 am on Friday, February 7, 2025, at The Waters of Martinsville. He was born in Sullivan, IN on April 9, 1962, the son of Kenneth, Sr. & Linda (Orman) Stantz.

He was a graduate of Worthington Jefferson High School. He was the owner and operator of Stantz Logging and Sawmill. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping. He was an avid outdoors man and would be outdoors as much as possible. He also enjoyed farming and raising cattle.

Bud is survived by his loving wife of almost 29 years, Lisa Marie Stantz of Worthington; daughters, Ashley (James) Trotter and Rebecca (Patrick) Pickering; son, Ethan Stantz; grandchildren, Olivia, Paisley, Kynley, Charlie, Shelby, Adaline, Thorin, Gavin and Katie.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 with Pastor Brenden Dyer officiating.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
