New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, July 29, 2025:

July 28, 8:07 a.m., William Ray Middleton, 67, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of battery committed with a deadly weapon by a felon. No bond was allowed.

July 28, 6:57 p.m., Gary Warren Willhoite, Jr., 47, Owensburg, was arrested on a warrant for battery with bodily injury, strangulation, and intimidation. His bond was set at $6,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $600. 

July 28m 8:01 p.m., Kyle Mitchell Maggard, 33, homeless, was arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery, strangulation, and involuntary urination/defecation. On those charges, no bond was allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant for residential entry, criminal mischief, and domestic battery. On the warrant, no bond was allowed.
