New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, Jan. 31, 2025:

Jan. 30, 1:03 p.m., Samanthan Lynn Thompson, 37, Springville, was arrested on a warrant for theft when the value of the property is at least $750 and less than $50,000. Her bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Jan. 30, 4:31 p.m., Joshua Michael Branson, 35, Greenwood, was arrested on a warrant for invasion of privacy. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Special Deputy Brandon Eads was the arresting officer.
