Carroll County – After an extensive investigation, the Delphi Double Homicide Task Force made an arrest for the murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German.
Read MoreLast week, anonymous sources alerted media of a break in the Delphi murder case involving the arrest of a suspect. Then last Friday, the Indiana State Police announced a press conference will be held this week to announce the developments in the 2017 murders of Libby German and Abby Williams. Late yesterday, ISP issued an advisory to media that the conference is scheduled for this morning, Monday, October 31, at 10 a.m. at the Delphi United Methodist Church. According to the advisory received by GreeneStreets, the event will be broadcast live on Facebook. (Link is included in this post.) Of course, it is sure to be carried live by numerous television news media.

Charlotte James ‘Charli’ Buescher was born resting in the arms of Jesus, on Monday, July 7, 2025 at The Women’s Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana. She was the daughter of Cassidy Nicole (Bible) and Jordan Paul Buescher.
