New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Feb. 10, 2025:

Feb. 8, 10:31 p.m., Jessica L. Cull, 41, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety wth 10% cash allowed. She was released after posting $400. Worthington Police Department Officer Austin Shadoin was the arresting officer. 

Feb. 9, 2:28 a.m., Joshua David Wence, 26, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated—endangerment. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
