New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, April 24, 2025:

April 23, 9:55 a.m., Byron Keith Hooten, 58, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated—endangerment. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Zach Mead was the arresting officer. 

April 23, 9:57 a.m., Brandi Michelle Medley, 44, Solsberry, was arrested on a warrant for theft. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released after posting $500. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Zach Mead was the arresting officer. 

April 23, 1:33 p.m., Scott Andrew Shelton, 47, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for theft when the value of property is at least $750 and less than $50,000. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Bloomfield Town Marshal Kenneth Tharp was the arresting officer.
