New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, April 25, 2025:

April 24, 5:35 p.m., Eric Shane Breedlove, 42, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of interfering with public safety, possession of methamphetamine, and theft of a firearm. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Caleb Sipes was the arresting officer. 

April 25, 12:06 p.m., Christopher Lee Skinner, 41, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a legend drug or precursor, and false informing. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
