New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, May 13, 2025:

May 12, 1:40 p.m., Duane Allan Miller, 44, Spencer, was arrested on a warrant for intimidation. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400.

May 12, 3:32 p.m., Patrick Gabriel Morris, Sr., 22, Muncie, was arrested a warrant for possession of a Schedule II, III, or IV substance. No bond was allowed. 

May 12, 3:45 p.m., Colten James Edward Samm, 28, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for invasion of privacy and domestic battery. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $500.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
