June 19, 12:42 p.m., George Franklin Winstead, 44, Owensboro, Ky., was arrested on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, obstruction of justice, and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia. No bond was allowed.

June 19, 4:50 p.m., Raymond Michael Steadman, 74, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of vehicle theft and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with 10% cash allowed.

June 19, 5:55 p.m., Gregory Lee Johnson, 54, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear. No bond was allowed.

June 19, 7:14 p.m., David Spencer Johnson, 32, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $100.

June 19, 11:12 p.m., Tamara Renae Smith, 57, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed.

June 19, 11:38 p.m., Phillip Michael Mosier, 42, Clay City, was arrested on a warrant for habitual traffic violator. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.
